Focusing on Simmental and Maine Influenced Breeding

If there was one thing that was written in stone from our first steps it was that we both were going to be in the cattle business.  As the stories go our grandparents Bob and Betty Everhart and Howard and Sallie Unger were instrumental in the growth and rapid advancement of the Simmental Association in the mid 70’s.  It was then that some of the first simmies were brought into Indiana and throughout the country.  It was their passion that has been passed down generations to us.  It was this that ultimately lead us to this point.  With the jointure of our marriage we have decided to start building our own herd of Simmi and Maine breeding and show cattle.  We’ve started with Adair’s show heifers and have added some very uniquely pedigree cows.  Our newest addition to our program is our herd bull SEE-N-STARZ.  SEE-N-STARZ is a material brother to Heat Wave.  He is a Star Power on Max Fawley’s Ms. Taz cow.  He will be registered in both the Simmental Herd book as well as with the Mainetainer Association.   We plan on having semen available after the 09 summer breeding season.  Call for availability.  Thanks for visiting our site and feel free to contact us any time.

Head South on St. Hwy. 41 30 miles turn west onto Old 54.  Turn South onto Co. Rd 325 W. 325 W turns into 350 W.  Turn West onto Co. Rd 500 S.  House on the corner of 500 S and 450 W.
 

From Vincennes:
Head North on St. Hwy 41. Go 20 miles to St. Hwy. 58 and turn West.  Turn North onto Co. Rd 350 W go to Co Rd 500 S and house is on the corner of 500 S and 450 W.
